We have renewed My Telia for Business self-service. This webinar is targeted for Large customers’ key users in My Telia for Business -service. Telia’s customer trainer Petri Leppänen will give you the best instructions and advice on how to use this service. This service has been developed with our customers and we want to collaborate with you also in the future. Using the webinar chat, you can ask questions and present development proposals to our My Telia for Business self-service developers.

Webinar is held Tuesday 13.6.2023 at 10:00-11:00.

• Telia Account registration, credentials and strong authentication (two-factor authentication)
• User management and access rights
• Service management (mobile subscription order, view, change, termination and change of ownership)
• Billing functionalities
• Service request and fault report
• My Telia pages (and App) for use by employees (how subscriptions end-users can manage subscription, additional services, find puk-code etc.)
